nurtar employs industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, two-factor authentication options, and fraud monitoring systems. However, no security system is impenetrable, and nurtar cannot guarantee absolute security of your account or data.
nurtar accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

nurtar's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nurtar Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
nurtar does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
nurtar reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of your Account for cause, nurtar reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting nurtar support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.
nurtar reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the nurtar Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the nurtar Platform shall first be submitted to nurtar's internal dispute resolution process. You may initiate a dispute by contacting nurtar support with full details of your complaint. nurtar will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through nurtar's internal process, it may be referred to PAGCOR or such other competent regulatory authority as may have jurisdiction over the matter.
